So I have icnored everyone and everything lately! I gave up on blogs, I couldn't be bothered to meet up with friends and let the house go to mess. I had a blah month.
Anyhow I spoke to Drew and feel I need some mommy inlaw time so day after my vegas trip I am going to jump on a plane with the boys and go to Uk for 3 weeks to try finding my happy self again. I am putting my blah mood down to my amazingly huge 30 pound weight gain since moving here, it's not shifting and it gets me munching more and gianing all I do loose back so have started a fitness routine and hoping to pack in the bad eating (which is hard as Im a nibbler). Im going to use this as my little weight diary so I can sort all and push myself a bit more to Loose loose loose....
Now I started Yesterday so I will write that down and today which I will edit at the end of the day with all my extra little bits.
Day 1
Breakfast:2 slices raisin bread plain
Lunch:4 slices Cantaloup, handful of carrot sticks
Snacks: 85% a tub of pringles, Low fat yougurt
Dinner: Large plate Jumbolia, 2 slices of Garlic bread
Drink: 2 Liters Ice water, 1 vodka slammer
WORKOUT
-45 minutes Wii fit (My personal Trainer/new you)
Day 2
Breakfast: Salami and cheese sandwich
Lunch: 1 and a half Quasadellas
Snacks:15% a tub of Pringles, Small bowl Sorbet
Dinner: 3 bites of whole wheat spagetti
Drink: 3 liters water
Workout
-45 minutes wii fit (My personal trainer/New you)
-1 and a half hour of hockey

if you goto sparkpeople.com you can keep a diary of your food and workouts and it will give you a breakdown like if you're not getting enough protein/veg for the working out you're doing, etc. I used it to lose the weight the other year!
I don't know if this will help at all, but we are using Lose It apps for iPhone/iPod Touch right now. It's totally working, but it does require 100% commitment. I'm also doing 25-30 minutes of steps on the balance board 6 days per week (I don't exercise on Sundays). I've already lost about 20lbs since the week after I had Brett (so it's not all normal post pregnancy weight loss). Like I said though, the biggest factor is 100% commitment for me.
Just realized I didn't say what Lose It is. It's a calorie counter. I have mine set to lose 2 lbs per week.
