(Me and a couple of the wives in the LAD)
Alright so had the LAD Christmas function to go to Thursday night, was actually quiet good must admit! Had drama after drama sorting out a babysitter as mine cancellled on me 2 hours before time to go! Was frantic to find a sitted but Liis came through for me (Your a star Liis).
I was obviously in a bit of a mood when I got there due to the week and my babysitter cancelling, etc but soon warmed to the Alcohal and christmas atmosphere. The food was really nice curry buffet and the Band was a 3 girl band called Stilletos who were in my eyes very talented! I drank and danced the night away and just let loose which is really what I needed.

Came home at 2Am and got a phone call from my dad! He is still in hospital and bad news is he isn't getting better. We had a good talk and he told how the cancer had moved to the brain (which is something I had already worked out from research).
