Saturday night I went out on a girls night to celebrate 3 of the girls in the village's birthdays. we all dressed up jumped a limo into town and boogied the night away, Was fantastic UNTIL...... We were ready to leave and called a taxi, the driver arrived and agreed to stuff 5 girls into his car (which should only hold 4) he then asked where too and we told him Ralston that's where it all went wrong. He told us he doesn't do trips to Ralston and o get out, I was stuck in the middle and couldn't get out as the others were not budging as it was agreeably unfair. He then went on to tell us his car was un road worthy etc, etc to the point where he was cursing and being horrible. Finally the girls started piling out so I came out to freedom only to be able to get one foot out the taxi before he drove off!!! Yes my SLR camera was smashed, my toe broke and my dignaty left inside the cab! I was and still am outraged. We did manage to finally get a 75.00 taxi home 2 hours later!!
Sunday I woke at 7AM ready (ok maybe not) for a full 5 hour Hockey tournament. We added points up by goals and assists and out of the lot of us I got 4th place so am quite impressed. I was tired in the end but managed to get the boys ready for a few hours of trick or treating. The houses were all done so amazing and everyone made such an effort, will be eating candy until next year!
