Settling back to normal

Well we are definatly back and settled (if that's what you like to call what we are). It's been a fast week and am very shocked to think this time last week we were loading off our final plane on our flight home.

Now my week has been what I would say an adverage week for us. Andy back to work with random 5Am hockey practice or late night games, last game we all went to and Andy's team won 8-1!!!!

The older boys with school, Caleb recieved a Star of the week certificate for being a good friend and coming to school all week happy which honestly doesn't suprise me as Caleb loves school and to include everyone in his world of play.


Mason has enjoyed either going to baby groups for playtime with me or to creche. He now has what I feel confidant to call his first girlfriend Serena who he runs to and gives a hug and kiss the minute he see's her and says I love you too.


Myself well apart from play group with Mason I have managed the gym one time this week (I know not good), Did Hockey practise and a shinney (which was 3 hours ice time) followed by the bar with the girls, then another more competative shinney (in which I scored!)Friday brought Red Friday so a bunch of us got together at a friend Laura's to have cake coffee and remember the Canadian soldiers who have passed so we can live. This was a must for me as most of you may know the guy I was seeing right before meeting Andy was killed in action in 2007. So yes this was a good way to remember one of many heros.




Came home to decorate the house ready for halloween

Then went through the boys clothes as there is going to be a charity clothing sale coming up and againw as rushed when my friend Naomie knocked ont he door to remind me about a pamper chef party I was to attend ARGHHHH.... Was a great party and glad I went but as you can tell my Friday was BUSY!
Saturday was a bit more calm, took the boys skating and need to say Ethan is getting really good! Andy stayed and did a shinney well me and the boys came home to weed, sort the garden, we have had an abundance of wildlife coming to visit (Owls, deer, Cyotees, bunnies, prarie dogs) so there was alot of work to do. Decided to do one last BBQ when I finished to find the gas was too cold to use *WINTER IS COMING*. so movies and a couple of drinks well the boys slept.



Today we did a little shopping in town before coming home to a nice quiet movie night with popcorn and cuddles (we watched monsters inc.. I need to say I am enjoying Sundays best of all now for movie nights with the kids.
