Butterfly fun / Day 10!

Today we made Butterflies!!!! I took Coffee Filters, Pipe cleaners and felts and let the kids go mad.... This is the effect that came from there work.

To do this easy craft you take a coffee filter and let the kids, paint, color stick or do whatever they please with them.

after they are done use a pipe cleaner and twist it around and round the middle leaving a bit to make itena's........

BOOM you have cute easy butterflies for little wee kiddies to enjoy :D

Alright well diet still not where I would like it, I am doing good with Calorie control but I am eating naughty stuff not the right ones! I think come Monday we make a big change.

I did day 10 last night and WOW did I sweat. It was hard but not as challenging as when I first started 10 days ago. I will be taking pictures tonight but no sharing unless the end effect is that amazing I am not to scared to show off the buldge :D..... It seems my fitness challenge is catching on with a few wives all over starting this as well so WAHOO and good luck to them. The compliments and praise I have gotten for this has been awsome.
